BG Junction
Formerly known as Bubutan Golden Junction, the development has been re-named as BG Junction.
The developer is PT Sentral Supel Perkasa, a subsidiary of Keppel Land
from Singapore.
This strata-titled retail complex is currently under construction on a 2.7 ha site located
in an established commercial area within Surabaya's CBD. As of March 2004, piling work has been
completed and building construction was in progress for the development, which will yield a
total net retail area of about 45,000 square meters.

Carrefour hypermarket will be the anchor tenant of BG Junction, occupying an area of about 12,000 sm.
Pre-sale of the retail development has commenced. It is due for completion in 2006.
